OnePlus is a well-known Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer. The company was founded by Pete Lau and Carl Pei on 16th December 2013. The company’s best-known product is the OnePlus smartphones and they currently have one majority shareholder which is Oppo.
OnePlus started releasing one flagship phone annually for a few years in a row, following the 8 series in 2020. The series will have a launch of 3 phones which are the OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9R. Although all 3 phones will release in 2021 only the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro will have a wide availability in the market.
The OnePlus 9 series were released on March 23rd 2021 with all of its specifications, colours and hardware information. Along with that, it was announced that the series will be available for pre-orders on March 26th with an official sale date as 02nd April 2021. Along with the phone series, OnePlus released their first smartwatch on the same day.

The OnePlus 9 Pro comes in different colour variations from the OnePlus 9 which are, Morning Mist, Stellar Black and Forest Green. The phone is set to be sold at a price of $929 dollars. Same as the OnePlus 9, this phone does not come with an external card slot too, and again, there are 2 internal memory options one being a 128GB 8GB RAM and 256GB 12GB RAM, 2 of which the user can select from.
The OnePlus 9 Pro comes comprising a 48 MP camera with a 3.3x optical zoom. In addition, the camera features include a dual-LED flash, HDR and panorama photography capabilities. The phone's display is 6.7 inches and has a resolution of 1440 x 3216 pixels on its screen.
